TGT Union Financial Data Services (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (TGT Dongguan) is co-founded by Towngas Telecommunications (China) Company Limited (TGT China) and Shenzhen Financial Electronic Settlement Centre.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) and an associated company of Henderson Land Development Company Limited, Towngas Telecommunications Company Limited (TGT) has long garnered an indisputable reputation for its pragmatic approach to quality services.

Riding on the advantage of the advanced Gas-In-Glass (GIG) and Gas-Along-Glass (GAG) techniques, TGT, as a carrier-neutral telecommunication service provider, has been able to provide excellent telecommunication infrastructure and connectivity services for telecom carriers, service providers and large corporations.

Shenzhen Financial Electronic Settlement Centre is the first of its kind in China approved by the People’s Bank of China Head Office and the Organisational Structure Committee of Shenzhen. Currently, it is a core hub for the settlement of funds between Shenzhen and other Chinese cities and provinces, including Hong Kong and Macau, and it takes care of more funds than most of its counterparts in China.
